u can get 9999 necks idk how but i know its possible

yes u can, unless u kept all the necks u have from all ur previous questing, and keep doing that for like 2 - 3 years

true, i gotta practice more, i was a pro when i was lvl 30+

my weapon was rocket + raven, i was real pro with that. i was rsing with it, and bombing posers i was pwning those days... sigh but after i flipped too much to lvl up in stairway berserker, my A&D talents vanished, washed away...
