I can reply this for you actually. When our leader,Lemo raised the level restrictions from 55-60, There was still quite some ppl who hasn't reached to 60 in that time. As you can see if you do clearly know Dwarf, we are most TDM favs. And that way we don't gain as much exp so! The lvls 50s they are given a special permission. Since they are loyal members of ours and our dearly leader is responsible. Sorry, we won't exceptions.
